Ethan Roberson
Ecosystem Restoration Specialist
Ethan is an environmental scientist/project manager with over 10 years of professional experience specializing in aquatic ecology and mitigation bank development. He has worked for both private and public entities in Georgia for the past nine years, and has experience in the environmental consulting industry including 401/404 permitting, stream and wetland restoration projects, and mitigation banking. Other areas of expertise for Ethan include biological surveys, jurisdictional aquatic resource determinations, Rosgen-based geomorphological stream surveys, stream restoration planning, and construction oversight. He has worked on mitigation projects in Georgia and Tennessee, spanning all phases from project inception to bank closure. Ethan leverages his prior experience as an ecologist, regulatory specialist, and project manager to provide invaluable review and guidance when establishing and operating restoration projects throughout the Southeast.
Ethan is certified in Rosgen geomorphology principles in addition to several natural resources concepts. Outside of work, Ethan enjoys hunting, fishing, cooking, and spending time with his family.

Angel Fowler, TN-QHP, CERP-IT
Ecosystem Restoration Specialist
Angel is an environmental scientist/project manager with nearly 15 years of experience in natural resources consulting passionate about ecosystem restoration, conservation, and environmental education. Her professional experience involves establishing, executing, and managing mitigation banks and ecosystem restoration projects throughout Tennessee and Georgia. In addition, Angel has experience managing, coordinating, and conducting various regulatory and ecological services such as 401/404 permitting, biological monitoring, threatened/endangered species habitat assessments, aquatic faunal surveys, stream assessments/hydrologic determinations, stream quantification tool (SQT) and debit tool assessments, as well as wetland delineations/assessments such as Hydrogeomorphic Method (HGM) and Tennessee Rapid Assessment Method (TRAM). She has also led comprehensive environmental data collection, analysis, technical reporting, and agency approvals for mitigation sites within the Southeast.
Angel received her B.S. in Biology (2009) and M.S. in Biology (2012) at Austin Peay State University. She is a Qualified Hydrologic Professional in Tennessee and holds a Section 10(a)1(A) recovery permit for the Nashville crayfish, including several fish in Alabama. She is also an acting board member with Tennessee Ecological Restoration Association (TERA) and instructor for the Tennessee Naturalist Program. In her spare time Angel enjoys crafting, raising chickens, and spending time with her loved ones.

Luke Hester, GISP
Geospatial Solutions Manager
Luke brings over 5 years of geospatial experience in the environmental field, primarily focused on ecosystem restoration site search and development. He received a B.S. in Environmental Spatial Analysis from the University of North Georgia and holds a geographic information systems (GIS) professional certification. His skills include high precision mapping, LiDAR data collection and processing, Photogrammetry, and GIS modeling, among other innovative geospatial solutions within the Southeast. He also has experience in conceptual restoration design as well as ecological data collection/analysis including geomorphology, vegetation, and hydrology.
Luke is a Certified Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Professional and has obtained his UAV Pilot License from the Federal Aviation Administration. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife and border collie.
